Quotes, site photos, subcontractors, materials, sign-off and invoices, in one app on every phone on the job. Built for your firm, not a generic tool you have to work around.
Most job software is built for big contractors and charged per user. A small building or renovation firm needs something simpler that fits how it already works.
You pick what you need. Here's what builders usually ask for:
This isn't theory. I built the Handy 4 London Contractors app for a London handyman and renovation company. The office and their subcontractors use it to run real jobs: price book, quotes, photos, customer sign-off, invoices, expenses and profit. Your app starts from what already works and is shaped around your firm.
Does my team need to download it from an app store?
No. It installs from a link onto any iPhone, Android phone or laptop and updates itself. If
you'd rather have it on the App Store and Google Play, I can publish it there too.
My team aren't techy. Will they use it?
It's built around big, simple buttons and only shows each person what they need. You test it
with them before it goes live, and anything confusing gets changed.
Can it handle CIS or my accountant's software?
Tell me what you use now and I'll tell you honestly what can be built in, and what's better
left to your accountant.
How much does it cost?
Every firm is different, so I quote each one. There's a setup fee to build the app and a
monthly membership to keep it running, and you'll know both before anything starts.
What you build, how many people work with you, and what you'd love to stop doing by hand.
