Handy 4 London is a handyman and renovation company. The owner is on the tools most days and works with self-employed contractors. I built the app they now use to run every job.
Jobs came in by phone, WhatsApp and the website. Quotes were written by hand. Contractors got the job details by message, photos were scattered across phones, and working out what a job actually made meant digging through all of it.
Off-the-shelf job software is mostly built for bigger companies and charged per user. This business needed something that works the way it does: one owner, a small office, and contractors who each get their own share of the job.
One app with two sides. The office sees everything. Each contractor sees only their own jobs and only what they need to do them. Customer records stay with the office.
Shown with demo data. Real customer details never leave the office side.

A progressive web app (React + Firebase, hosted on Vercel). It installs from the browser onto any iPhone, Android phone or laptop, updates itself, and doesn't wait for app store reviews. When a business needs a store app instead, I build and publish those too. See Money Map.
It's still growing. Most new features started as "can it also…" from the people using it every day, and that's how it should work.
