Privacy policy

Who I am

This website is run by Beyonix, a sole trader business owned by Beatrice Man in London, UK. For anything about your data, email beyonixsoftware@gmail.com.

This policy covers this website only. Each Beyonix app has its own privacy policy, linked from the app and its store listing.

Cookies and Google Analytics

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use and how they found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It doesn't tell me who you are.

If you click No thanks, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner doesn't keep asking. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

Lawful basis: your consent. Google's own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

When you contact me

If you email, call or message me on WhatsApp, I receive your name, contact details and whatever you write. I use them only to reply, to quote and, if we work together, to run the project and send invoices. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. I keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to 12 months, and client records for 6 years because UK tax rules require it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
