Beyonix / Cleaning companies

Every clean, every cleaner, in one app.

Rotas, recurring cleans, property checklists, keys and access notes, photo proof and invoices. One app on your phone and your cleaners' phones, built around how your company works.

Sound familiar?

  • The rota is a spreadsheet, a group chat and a lot of last-minute phone calls.
  • A cleaner is off sick and you're the one who has to fix every gap.
  • Key codes, alarm codes and "don't use bleach in the bathroom" live in your head.
  • A client says something wasn't done, and you have no proof either way.
  • Working out hours, pay and invoices at the end of the month takes a whole evening.

What your app can do

You pick what you need. Here's what cleaning companies usually ask for:

Rotas and bookings

  • Weekly, fortnightly and one-off cleans
  • Drag a clean to another cleaner in seconds
  • Each cleaner sees only their own day
  • Reminders the evening before
  • Holiday and sickness cover at a glance

At the property

  • A checklist for every property
  • Access, keys and alarm notes, kept private
  • Before and after photos as proof
  • Check in and check out times
  • Report damage or missing supplies

Pay and invoices

  • Your own prices per clean or per hour
  • Hours and pay worked out for each cleaner
  • Invoices for each client, monthly or per clean
  • Supplies and expenses tracked
  • Profit per client, so you know who's worth it

Built on something that already works

I built the Handy 4 London Contractors app for a London home-repairs company. It's a different trade with the same problems: a small office, a team out on jobs, customer details to keep private, photos as proof, sign-off and invoices. The parts that run that business are the same parts a cleaning company needs, shaped around your rota and your clients.

How it works

  • A free chat: you walk me through a normal week, from bookings to getting paid.
  • A plan and a quote: what the app will do and what it costs, agreed before I start.
  • Built with you: you and a couple of your cleaners test it on your own phones.
  • Looked after: a monthly membership covers hosting, backups, fixes and small new features.

Questions cleaning companies ask

Do my cleaners need to download it from an app store?
No. It installs from a link onto any iPhone or Android phone and updates itself. If you want it on the App Store and Google Play under your own brand, I can publish it there too.

Some of my team don't read much English. Will that work?
Yes. The app can use icons, photos and simple words, and it can show the cleaners' screens in their own language.

Can my clients book or see their cleans?
If you want them to, yes. Clients can have their own simple view to book, see what was done and pay. Or keep the app just for your team.

How much does it cost?
Every company is different, so I quote each one. There's a setup fee to build the app and a monthly membership to keep it running, and you'll know both before anything starts.
