These terms apply to the Ludivela app, made by Beyonix (a sole trader). By using Ludivela you agree to them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.
The game
Ludivela is free to play. You may use it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its word lists.
Candies, lives and helpers
Candies, lives, helpers and other in-game items are part of the game only. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another person. We may rebalance how they work to keep the game fair and fun.
Purchases
Packs (for example 5 lives or 150 candies) are one-time purchases that are added to your game straight away. Prices are shown in the store before you pay.
Ludivela Plus subscription
- Ludivela Plus costs £3.99 per month (or the local equivalent shown in the store) and gives infinite lives, plus 500 candies and 10 of each helper every month while it is active.
- Payment is taken by your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Accounts
An account is optional. Please keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Fair play
Please don't use cheats, bots or tricks to get items you haven't earned or bought. We may reset items obtained this way.
No warranty
We work hard to make Ludivela great, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Apple
If you downloaded Ludivela from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
